Weather Claims ADRL Round 1; new dates will be announced soon!

Qatar Racing Club called-off the first round of the Arabian Drag Racing League 2020 due to bad weather.
Qatar experienced intermittent rains on  Thursday which was day 1 of the ADRL, with the weatherman sighting high chances of steady rainfall on Friday as well! Qatar Racing Club via its official social media accounts thereafter announced the cancelation of the round 1, though not mentioning a specific day when Round 1 will kick-off.

On Wednesday night, test runs and preparations by Al Anabi Pro Mods were something to marvel at. The AAP teams started to lower their figures and even going faster. Snider registered the quickest time 3.776s while Todd Tutterow registered a faster speed 199.55mph. Ty Tutterow too has a couple of 3.8s runs as well. Mike Janis and Michael Castellana arrived on Wednesday night and we can't wait to have them get to it.

It is a full house now at the Al Anabi Performance shop in Qatar. The AAP team was crowned NHRA Season Champion of 2018 with Mike Janis. Michael Castellana also set and reset NHRA Pro Mod trim the same year! With these big names and familiar faces heading down here in Qatar for the ADRL, the racing family and teams are looking forward to this race!
